To update your firmware you will need a NULL MODEM CABLE which you could obtain from,MAPLIN,COMPUTER FAIR or EBAY prices range from £5 - £15. When Installing the NULL MODEM CABLE your internet connection has got to disconnected and then your driver disk for your NULL MODEM CABLE has got to be installed. Make sure that you sellect a COM PORT on your computer mine is set at (COM PORT COM4)......... And then follow instructions onscreen.......Happy Viewing......
